Help w/Aspie diet

My son is 20yrs old, has Asperger's, & has a definite problem w/his bowels. Sorry to be so blunt, but I don't know where to get info. about TRYING to change his diet(I suppose that's the issue.)His waste has always been large in size, but I really getting tired of plunging!!! I never was told that his limited diet may be the problem. Just read Jenny McCarthy's book, so it gave me the clue. Thanks for any help you can provide me.

Hi, the correct diet can make us Aspies feel a lot better. What is it that he is normally eating? Why isn't he or won't he eat healthy? I would recommend to explain the nutritional values of foods to him - step by step and logical. Make clear that his choice of food is obviously wrong and doesn't do him any good. Correct diet and often Omega oil 3, 6 and 9, vitamin B6 and E are also great. (Make sure they are OK for him though.) Helps to stay calmer, 'cuts through the fog', and should help with his problem.
