How do I get tested

Ok I'm new to this group. My sister who is a family psychologist and sees lots of aspergers syndrome patients and thinks I have it too. How do I get tested? I've got medi-cal (medicaid for california) and Kern Family (healthy families in Kern county) and regional center refuses to test me. Any ideas?
