Is my son on the austism spectrum

Hi I really could do with some advice regards to my 4year old son, I have 3 children and he stands out a mile with his behaviour issues, I will give you a list of the things he does, 1) routines, he lines things up I colour or size order , if he puts light switch on he has to turn it off if I do it we have massive tantrums and this can go on for hours, 2)independence, he will not let you help him do anything, and when he can't do it, he gets very frustrated again throwing Wobblies, 3) he doesn't like a change in his routine, he has to get ready the same way, we have to travel to school the same way, if we go a different way he doesnt stop nattering the whole journey, he doesn't like any change in his daily routine, 4) socially he has friends but he tends to stick to small groups, if it becomes busy he gets panicky and starts misbehaving, he doesn't like loud noises, he never stops talking even if someone else is talking he constantly interrupts, although he talks a lot he takes forever to explain what it is he needs or wants, he cries all the time as he gets so frustrated, he repeats everything you say and asks the same questions over and over again as though he doesnt understand, he doesn't share and can be quite selfish, these are some of our major issues, we have seen a paediatric doctor who advised us to do the webstervstratton behavioural programme which we did however the problems are still there, any advice would be appreciated as I'm now stuck as to where to turn, many thanks claire
