Melt downs!

Starting to think My son may have Aspergers, and really not liking it either way!  His meltdowns are so vicious and seem to go on forever!  How can I know for sure if he has it?

I think the simplest thing to do would try to find an online evaluative service that can help you pinpoint symptoms and see how many add up, it may simply be that he is going through a phase and pushing  his limits, or there may be a different underlying problem (my son had really bad ear infections and it changed his whole personality, had to actually get tubes put in his ears and he is doing much better now). Here is a link for an assessment. If there are alot of different points that match up, an appointment with a psychologist could be in order.

Thanks, we actually are seeing a psychologist who is now recomending us to a psychiatrist.  Hoping to get some answers.
