THC and Aspercer's

Hi, I'm sixteen years old with Aspercer's syndrome, insomnia, ADHD, and I think to, anxiety.  Throughout the years I've tried every medication for ADHD imaginable.  I've also tried a wide variety of pharmaceuticals for sleep and anxiety.  The only legal drug I've had success with is Adderall (adderrall) (Rapid Release) but with many negative side effects.  I feel even more of a loss of social skills, a great appetite loss, increased insomnia, increased anxiety, and minor tics.  The only drug I have found helpful, with NO negative side effects, is marijuana.  In Pennsylvania, all doctors I have discussed my issue with have laughed at me.  Is there any way to obtain a script for some type of cannabis based substance legally?  I mean even if it's not for the Aspercer's or other symptomes is there any type of loop hole here?  At this point I'm just frustrated at the Pennsylvania law, and relocating is not in the option.  Anyone with any helpful knowledge, please comment.
THANK YOU!

Go for it- I may have Aspergers- which I originally thought was MS(Doc's think otherwise), but I know it does help with anxiety, and it helps with being taken advantage of- meaning that it helps you think about that more so you don't get taken advantage of as much.  As for your state that you live in, there is not much you can do about that unless you move to a state with Medical MJ or your state adopts Medical MJ.  I know that if you researched the medical effects of Cannabis(MJ), and discussed it with your parents or whomever you live with/are taken care of by and let them know it is the only thing that helps you out and see what they say and see if you can work something out for yourself- even if you do end up relocating- I know DC had Medical MJ laws and that is near Pennsylvania.  Google: "Cannabis as a Medicine for Aspergers"  for more information on the subject.  Make sure that you study it heavily before you talk to people about it- it is hard to understand at first.  Good Luck : )

BTW- I would suggest finding a new doctor if they laugh at what you say works- they are usually pill pushers (they try to give you tons of pills that just do adverse effects) and are usually interested in the money they get from you and not your best interest.  It may be hard to find doctors that take you seriously- try a holistic doctor if all else fails, but don't settle for doctors that will laugh in your face about what you tell them- a really good doctor will listen to his/her patient and actually take into account what helps them and what does not.

With that logic- Dreaming at night is bad for you-  because you're tripping from naturally released DMT from your Pineal Gland when you dream.

Just because you have tried Cannabis and it didnt work for you does not mean it is a bad thing.  You have naturally occurring Cannabanoids called Anadomide that regulate your entire body and all of the essential functions for life (respiratory/reproductive/neuro/etc.)- and the reason you cannot get addicted to nor overdose from Cannabis is you have no receptor sites in the Medulla Oblongata nor the Mesocorticolimbic Pathways. While Cannabis may have some hallucinogenic properties, it will not make you "Trip Out" or anything if you use it properly for any medicinal use- BTW- it's the cure for cancer (google: "Pot Kills Cancer, govt. knew in 1974" for that study).

The people who keep the stigma of it makes you "tripped out" are as bad as the original drug czar, Harry Anslinger, who started the war on drugs openly based off of racism.  Here are some real Anslinger quotes that should prove my point:

“There are 100,000 total marijuana smokers in the US, and most are Negroes, Hispanics, Filipinos, and entertainers. Their Satanic music, jazz, and swing, result from marijuana use. This marijuana causes white women to seek sexual relations with Negroes, entertainers, and any others.”

“…the primary reason to outlaw marijuana is its effect on the degenerate races.”

“Marijuana is an addictive drug which produces in its users insanity, criminality, and death.”

“Reefer makes darkies think they’re as good as white men.”

“Marihuana leads to pacifism and communist brainwashing”

“You smoke a joint and you’re likely to kill your brother.”

“Marijuana is the most violence-causing drug in the history of mankind.”
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

All of this was propaganda based solely off of racism- so is the stigma about Cannabis.   The Mayor of New York in the 1930's, Fiorello Henry LaGuardia, did studies on Cannabis to see if it was really as bad as all the hype, and he actually ended up finding out just the opposite- that it is completely harmless.  When LaGuardia presented these facts to Anslinger, Anslinger was furious and destroyed every copy of the report he could get his hands on and put an end to ANY medical study of Cannabis in the US- there have been other studies in other countries, such as the Madrid study that I sight above.

And another thing- by the Constitution and originally the Fifth Amendment, the original drug laws were Unconstitutional because you would have to incriminate yourself to follow them, and the laws we have now are Unconstitutional according to the Ninth and Tenth Amendment- there is no Amendment banning Cannabis, therefore it is Unconstitutional for them to enforce such laws.

So, before you go making blind claims about "side effects" when they are none, you might want to study if first, and also learn the real reason behind it being illegal.

BTW- not trying to be rude or mean with the last comment- but you seriously should look into reading up on it, especially if you have used it in the past, just to know.  If you don't want to take the advice on studying it thats cool, just wanted to make it clear I'm not trying to make any tension.  Peace.
