Does anyone know if there is a link between aspergers syndrome and sleep paralysis?

I don't know, but I do know I suffer it from time to time, especially if I'm stressed or have changes in my sleep schedule.  I don't always get the omg monster thing or demon sensation. Mostly it's I can't move, my body is vibrating and my back sore, sometimes peppered with grainy visions of my bed even though my eyes are closed.

One of the more recent ones was I was floating above against the ceiling looking down at my bed. I thought it was funny because the bed looked made, but in reality my bed isn't.   I found it amusing that the vision was not accurate...therfore just a product of sp, not paranormal.

Not to mention when I get those episodes with the vibration, often with a roaring sound (like one would yawn with their mouth closed), it happens frequently. I'm aware I'm not getting any sleep while its going on, so my primary feeling is not fear but of great annoyance and frustration...  I found to break it, I have to wake up completly and stay awake for about 15 minutes to an hour then go back to sleep. That seems long enough to break my body of that awkward sleep pattern. (where the body would jump straight into REM sleep mode rather than gradualy shifting)
