What is touch sensitivity in an asperger's patient and is it possible to ever be intimate with someone with this condition?

I'm not exactly sure what you are refering to  . . . but am guessing you are talking about "tactile" sensitivity or defensiveness. This is part of the sensory system.  It affects people in different ways.  Some have issues with things like tags in shirts, water on hands, etc.  Some don't love personal contact.  Usually----  one who is tactilly defensive is open to touch with trusted loved ones.  That would be dependent on the person, so more information is needed.

Just as with people who don't have Autism, it really comes down to the individual. I can't speak for anyone else with Aspergers, but for me I can and do have intimate relations, but I am very picky about how, when and by whom I can be touched, and it changes from day to day., and depends heavily on internal and external stress factors.
