Any Suggestions

Do you have any suggetions for head congestion that does not drain and it causes lightheadedness if I do not take Mucinex-D?

I also have thickness feeling in my throat when I swallow, when I don't take Mucinex-D?

The doctor has tried Doxycyline, Avelox, Claritin, and Singular with no Relief.

You may have an anatomical cause of your poor drainage, that leads to congestion and may require surgical correction.  You should be evaluated by an ENT specialist, with a CT scan of nose and sinuses.
