Is it alright to take your inhaler while pregnant??

I assume you are referring to a bronchodilator inhaler (long-acting or short-acting) and/or a steroid inhaler.  The answer is yes, it definitely is appropriate and without risk for you to use these inhalers if, without their use, your asthma would be sub-optimally controlled, a circumstance that could pose a threat to you and your baby.  But, please do not just take my word on this, but discuss it with your physicians.
