BrainFreeze From Breathing

Hello,
I've always had trouble breathing through my nose if the air around me is even slightly cool or dry. It feels as if I have a brain freeze every time I do, which has resulted in breathing through my mouth most of the time. I also get frequent headaches, and I used to keep a sinus infection all the time. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Lisa

Just though I would let everyone know that I am still interested in finding an answer to my problem. This negatively effects many areas of my life.
Thank you so much.
