Joint pain when sneezing

I was just wondering what may cause joint pain for a few minutes after a sneeze, usually in my neck, shoulders and arms all the way to the wrist (primarily the left arm some on the right).  Is it a vitamin deficency?

A lot of pressure is built up in the chest and around the spine, with sneezing.  This sounds like nerve pain, due to nerve compression from the pressure build-up.  It is not a vitamin deficiency.  You should have an x-ray to rule out disease of the structures surrounding the spinal cord in your neck.
