Mucus Retention Cysts Of The Maxillary Sinus

I need help interpreting these results. I was wondering if surgery was necessary? What course of action would be taken on such findings Thanks.
The radiologists findings concluded that There is mild mucosal thickening throughout the right maxillary sinus, the right ostiomeatal complex is patent. There is a large mucosal retention cyst within the base of left maxillary sinus measuring 3.4cm x 2.3cm. There is mucosal thickening seen throughout the left maxillary sinus. There is obstruction of the left ostiomeatal complex due to mucosal thickening. There is minimal mucosal thickening within the left ethmoid air cells. The frontal sinuses and sphenoid sinuses are clear. There are no air fluid levels identified to suggest acute sinusitus.

I have similar findings in my maxillary sinuses - retention cysts and mucousal thickening (as did my mother, who also developed a polyp and cilia that stopped doing their job). I'm curious if by any chance air blowing on your nose/head makes your sinus problems worse. Both myself and my mother get/got big reactions to ceiling fans, regular fans, airconditioners (true even if they were with filters or brand new), washing hair, and in my mothers case being outside in the rain. Sinus problems start for us a few hours after these exposures.
