Skin

I have a problem with my face skin. It's red, scurfy in the chin, under-nose andl above my eyebrows. It also has little pimples that are grey and I think that they're not actually pimples, they're some sort of skin formations. A dermatologist said it's because of food. But I'm sure it's not. I have these problems for a long time and there is no "bad" food in my menu, I'm eating healthy food. Could you please tell me, what causes these skin problems?

By the way, the dermatologist prescribed me some medicine (vitella cream and metronidazoli 2% gel).

I am sorry but, even though you have provided a nicely detailed description of your skin condition, it is not possible for me to attempt to diagnose your skin lesions, by E-mail.  
The best advice I can provide is to suggest that you arrange to get a 2nd opinion from a dermatologist at the nearest University Hospital Medical Clinic.
