Strange lump! :'(
Whenever I breathe in deeply I can feel what is apparently a lump on the inside of my body. It is about 3 inches above my left nipple....Can somebody PLEASE tell me what this might be?!?!?!!!!?!!! Could I have cancer?!?!!??!! Please tell me.....

A feeling of “a lump inside of” your body is a non-specific sensation, that might be pleurisy.  Such a sensation could simply be a strain of some part of your chest wall or a symptom of lung disease.  Further testing, including a chest X-ray, will be needed to determine if you have any lung disease.  What you describe would be an unusual sign of cancer.
