What level of salicylates, amines and glutamate does psyllium have?   I have intolerance to foods containing high levels of the above and need to know about psyllium  Thanks

Plain psyllium does not contain salicylates, amines or glutamate.  However, depending on the brand, some psyllium products may contain phenylalanine which is an amine associated with sweeteners.  We would recommend using capsulated psyllium products and avoiding the powder products that may contain phenylalanine.  The labeling on psyllium products usually states what ingredients are present.
