do i have sinusitis

I was told I had sinusitis. but not by a doctor. It started off *** a real bad head ache then the right side of my neck started hurting , then my throat and now my ear. my whole face hurts it feels tight.

It is certainly possible that you have a sinus infection, but also very possible it is not.  Sometimes, tooth infections present in exactly the same way and so do viral upper airway infections.  Seeing a physician certainly would help to make the right diagnosis and begin appropriate therapy.
