nasal problems

Hi Since December I have had terrible trouble sleeping and at first I thought it was stress but there is a throbbing behind my nose and sometimes behind my forehead and I was told it could be sinutitus however 2 doses of antibiotics and it has not cleared and now I have very slight discharge of blood up my nose, could this be chlorine as I only started swimming before this !

Chlorine can cause tissue inflammation and discharge but is unlikely to cause "throbbing" behind the nose and forehead.  Sinusitis, may be a cause, as could sleeplessness with anxiety, but you should see your doctor and you should probably have a CT scan of the sinuses and surrounding structures to rule-out a vascular cause of the throbbing.
