Accidentely Inhaled too much bleach when cleaning

Two days ago I was cleaning my bathroom with bleach and was using a spray bottle with straight bleach in it.  I was on the phone, not paying attention, and did not cover mouth or turn fan on like I usually do.  My symptoms seem to be getting worse, I have a fever of 101, feel very fatigued and achey (achy), and my chest is tight and burns, breathing seems to be shorter and of course a cough.  What should I do anything I can do at home?  I am going to make a Dr.'s appointment tomorrow.  I just feel miserable wondering if there was anything I can do in the meantime?
