Advair and Thyroid Disease

The warnings that come with Advair say that people with Thyroid disease shouldn't take it.  I am a sever asthmatic on 8 medications, but I also have Graves disease and had my thyroid killed.  Therefore, I take Amour Thyroid.  What is the problem with Advair and thyroid disease?  My mother and brother who have hypothyroidism are also on Advair.

I am hypothyroid, taken 2.0 SYNTHROID for 25 years. Started ADVAIR last spring.  Last summer my TSH went skyhigh-69.5, then 79.5. Increased synthroid to 2.5, then different med at 3.5. Stopped the ADVAIR which I had started last spring, asthma was doing great.  TSH dropped like a rock,  now am back to 2.0 synthroid.  Just today made the connection.
