Allergies
I have allergies to: pulses (beans, lentils, peas e.t.c), raw fruit and vegetables (something to do with hay fever!?), nuts, eggs, coconuts, and chickpeas. Oh, and I'm vegetarian. Any ideas for a healthy, balanced diet?

I would contact an experienced nutritionist that is good at dealing with allergies.  You need to find acceptable protein sources that complement each other otherwise you risk amino acid defiencies that would cause major problems for your health.  

This is not really something we can help you with over the internet.  

good luck and I know that food allergies make life quite difficult.
