Asthma Tracker - Do you use it if you have Asthma?

I have used it for my kids when they are in a flare and it is really a great tool .. my doctor loved it so much when I showed her!

I use it, and it's definitely helpful.  I only use pen/paper to add treatments that aren't listed.
