Asthma with Low Oxygen Saturation

I have been diagnosed with Excercise Induced Asthma. Im on Advair and singular and my PFT is barely below average. When i did a PFT on the treadmill my doctor noticed that my oxygen saturation went to the mid 80s and I could hardly keep my eyes open, it felt like i was going to pass out. They put me on oxygen for 30 min. which improved only a few percent. Since then I have done both a resting echo and a stress echo of my heart both trying to determine the cause of this. Both came back fine. My doctor is at a loss and is not putting out any effert. As of now my sypmtoms when I am running are: shortness of breath right after starting, my chest hurts and mouth hurt,  hands go numb, and my head feels like it is going to blow up, and i cant keep my eyes open. I am in the Marine Corps so needless to say  I cannot fulfill my duties as of now. Any input would be appreciated, Thank You

If you have exercise induced asthma here's three thing s to avoid. pop,red wine, deisel fumes. Those are at the top of list for aggravating exercise induced asthma.
The pop and red wine have perservatives that sets it off and deisels fumes for obivious reasons. excersise induced asthma was  the reason I couldn't join the Marines when I was a kid , even though I didn't know it at the time. I could work all day at some ball busting job at a steady pace or hike for 20 miles but anything that took an extreme amount of effert would bring me to my knees. Also try to avoid anything that restricts your circulaton and raises your heart rate unnaturally(nicotine, alcohol and so on and so forth the list goes on and on , nicotine is the worse).Take a good one-aday vitamin for your age group and a magnesium supplement . Cough up some dough for a skilled breathing coach. See your doctor and find the right medication for you(ad- vair works for me).Don't take any woodin nickels, call your mother, be nice to animals, stop and smell the roses........... live long and prosper Mike
