Asthma

I have had asthma for 20 plus yrs now. I have been on every drug available and have chosen to ween myself off of them as I suffer migraines and other side effects. I currently am only using a rescue in haler. When I take my measurements well, when i remember to take them i am in the 200-300's. I am not having issues breathing, I am normally about 40%. Anyways, questions is there anything naturally I can do to help my asthma? Other than locking myself in a bubble?  I know its fairly bad as I am 32 and was told i have the lungs of a 50yr smoker(I dont smoke).

Thanks.
J

This is the most natural method to help your asthma.Start doing it and come back to report your progress in 3 weeks.Later I will suggest other techniques to improve overall health.
Build up your timing gradually. If you feel tired or dizzy, stop and resume after one minute.
Anulom Vilom –
Close your right nostril with thumb and deep breath-in through left nostril
then – close left nostril with two fingers and breath-out through right nostril
then -keeping the left nostril closed  deep breath-in through right nostril
then - close your right nostril with thumb and breath-out through left nostril.
This is one cycle of anulom vilom.
Repeat this cycle for 15 to 30  minutes twice a day.
Children under 15 years – do 5 to 10 minutes twice a day.
You can do this before breakfast/lunch/dinner or before bedtime or in bed.Remember to take deep long breaths into the lungs. You can do this while sitting on floor or chair or lying in bed.

Hi there!

We have found the all natural saltpipe inhaler to be an effective long-term way to deepen our daughter's lung capacity. In fact, since using it daily to control her asthma, she has not needed any type of steroid therapy for an entire year now. On rare occasion, she still needs a hit of albuterol via her nebulizer but she doesn't need a daily dose of drugs such as administered through metered-dose or dry powder inhalers.

I wish you all the best in your search for respiratory relief! I believe you are on the right path to pursue more natural alternatives to treat asthma. There are many but this particular one has opened a new door for us and
