hi my son 6 years old used( singuilarir montelucast sodium 10 mg) half dose 5 mg  becouse I dont find montelucast sodium 5mg in my country. is that right  choise?
I want to know if this medicine and zyrtec has cortizone?

Hello and hope you are doing well.

For patients above 6 years to 14 years, Singulair is given in doses of 5 mgs. If you get 10 mgs, try to give half the tablet. Also, singulair and zyrtec do not contain cortisone.
