But as of right now I'm having problems with my throatCancer - throat or larynx Throat swab culture feeling swollenSwollen glands, my chest feels really tight, and i have a little abdominal pain {not sure if that's from working out but it doesn't feel like a soarness, just when i bend a certain way it makes it hard for me to breath.(also last time i worked out was 4 to 5 days ago on my abs.)} But i went to the hospital, 3 days ago and they gave me a breathing treatment (nebulizer) and a shot of cortizone in my hip. Prescribed me Advair 250mg (2 hits a day.) and 8 tablets of prednisone 20 mg, take 2 tablets a day with food. well i'm still having the side effects listed above, Wondering if someone could help me figure out a better approach to handle this?
I'm sorry I don't have any other advice then try different inhalers and see if one works better than another.
A consult with an allergist might help to get your reactions under control. Same with a consult with a pulmonologist to get the breathing issues under control.
Specialists are going to know how to keep your symptoms under control better than a general doctor or ER doctor.
