Breathing problems, congestion, dizziness?

Here's a couple of symptons I've been expierencing.
Congestion in nose, throat, and mostly the ears,
Sudden moments of not being able to breathe.
Sudden dizziness and rapid heartbeat, which makes me very lightheaded and feeling like I'm "out of body".
Feels like equiliberium is off, im not sure on that though.
and im almost always wheezing, when im congested.

lastly, i was born with underdeveloped lungs, i dont know if that detail helps....but just throwing that out there.
Please let me know if anyone has any explanations of these symtons happening together.

Hi Josh, sounds like allergies, you ave a stuffy nose, post nasal drip down to your throat, itchy back of troat and ears.  I bet its only seasonal, so just take some over the counter decongestant/antihistamine and it should be ok.  And go see a Dr. to determine what you're allergic to.

Re: your being born with underdeveloped lungs  I'm sure by now your lungs are in full capacity, as they would not release an infant from the incubator unless the lungs worked properly so I would not concern myself with that,
Unless you have some specific lung issues or illness.

This sounds like it might be anxiety symptoms or panic attacks.  All of those symptoms can be related to anxiety.  Allergies may also play a role but I have become very stressed out to the point my throat/nose seem very congested and unable to breathe.  

Since you are posting on here, the symptoms are properly worrying you so I would check it out with your doctor (at the very least, it will be nothing and then you wouldn't have to worry and increase the anxiety related to it). :)
