Can't Catch my breath

I am a 25 year old that has a history with asthma and I can't catch my breath when I went to see m,y doctor before this they had me on singular and Symbacort but that wasn't working and the Symbacort got me sick, I was jsut wondering what causes this?

I was wondering if you have a nebulizer you can use at home? I just got one myself and it does help me.
