I have had asthma for about 10 years now. It hasn't been much of an issue in the past 5 years or so, until recently. Now this past week, i went to the ER for a chest pain which was also causing pressurePressure ulcer, but the truth is, i could breathe in just fine. i just had pressurePressure ulcer.
But now, i can't stop taking in deep breathes. I don't think its the asthma, i take proventilProventil Proventil hfa and it doesnt even do a thing because, well, my lungs are fine. i think im just having a panicPanic disorder Panic disorder with agoraphobia attack with not feeling well recently, and i can't stop myself from taking in deep breathes, to the point where my lungs feel stressed and in pain.
Anyone have any good breathing exercises to calm down or something to be a distraction? anyone ever get this?
