I'm very confused. I had done Pulmonary Function Test (PFT) to diagnose Asthma.  I have being wheezing on a off, coughing, chest congestion.  After the PFT I was told by the nurse who check with the doctor, I have Obstructive Lung Disease but not Asthma.  Is there a difference between Obstructive Lung disease and Asthma definetely was not COPD.  Doctor told the nurse I need to take Proventil inhaler then Advair twice at day at the same time.  I also have to take Singulair everyday.  Can someone help me to clarify, because when I do my research in the computer it says that Asthma is an example of Obstructive Lung Disease?  Very confusing.  Thanks..........
