HELP!!! asthma problems

ok my docter gave me 2 inhailers but wont give me anymore so i havent used 1 in over a year and my asthmas gotten worse i have trouble breathing alot even if im just sitting and reading...and now everytime i run my chest starts 2 hurt and i start 2 cough for like 2 hours and then it stops my mom dosnt think its a big problem but i dont know.. please help!

I have asthma and take ventolin i take it when it gets hard for me to breath and within sec. i can breath normally again.. you should try it!
