Heavy Breathing with Asthma/Allergy DX

I have had an asthma/allergy diagnosis practically since birth. I feel like I've had better control of my asthma over the last several weeks with the addition of more allergy medicine and an intranasal steroid (previously I've had reactions to it but agreed to try it again and it's worked well).  While I'm not audibly wheezing, my co-workers claim they can hear my breathing heavily.  I don't hear/don't notice even after they make these comments.  My peak flow has been pretty variable too (I am usually at about 60% when I wake up, 75% in the afternoon, and back down to 60-70% in the evening) so I'm not sure if this is an exacerbation or if I should be concerned. I am still having nighttime symptoms (though they are a lot less than they have ever been). In the past I've had very severe nasal problems and with a change in allergy meds they have lessened remarkably.

I am currently taking: Advair 500/50 twice a day, Flovent 110 one puff twice a day (I did have an exacerbation about two weeks ago that was mild and so we added this in attempt to avoid prednisone if we let it get out of control), Albuterol inhaler (prior to Advair and Flovent to open up airways) and as needed, Xoponex nebulized (only as needed, have not used in the last week and a half), Singulair 5 mg twice a day (weird reaction to adult dose, good results with the 5 mg split over the day), Zyrtec 20 mg (off label use, I know, dr suggested it in order to calm allergy problems), Rhinocort twice daily.

For the same problem i have been using bricanyl tablets,  these tablets help her a lot since they widen the air passage hence easing respiration.  have you ever heard of these pills....
