I think I'm Over medicated

I was in hospital for a week and a week after again ended up going back. My question is;
I'm u havering to many meds given?
I have inhalation plum ivory 0.5 morning and night
With xopanex inhalation every 4 hr
Advair 2 times per day
A mix of cp-dexamethasone:cetir: exact1:1:2
10ml every 6 hr
Zithromax had it iv at hospital and was given again yesterday.
At all this I did not want to be put in hospital again so was given all to take at home
I'm so overwhelmed with so much meds
Help please I have at one time read that some of these meds should not be given together

It should have read;
I'm having to many meds given to me to take altogether.
Is not plum, is plumicort 0.5 mg
