Is it Asthma?

I'm 14 years old female. When i was around 7 i had asthma and it soon went away. Recently, i have trouble breathing regularly throughout the day. It's been happening for 2 months now. It's not the fatal type of shortness of breath. Is this because of the weather and my surrounding? Or is this asthma? I had acute pain three times but it doesn't hurt so much. It feels like something just struct me between me chest and near my stomach. It's not something so major to consider about right? And my right side of my chest sometimes hurt. Is it because i overexercise? Or is it his because of asthma?

Asthma do sometimes return. Children who have asthma and outgrown it, will have asthma returning to them when they get older. You can do a google search on this topic.

Use your bronchodilator to relax your airways. Do you have chronic cough early in the morning and in the middle of the night?

If you want healthier methods, go and learn yoga. They do teach you breathing methods and it is very very good for us (Asthmatic people)
