Newly detected cough variant asthma with chronic low grade fever

Hi,
Pls help me. I am in a desparate situation and this is my last resort. I am a 25 year old software professional. Everything started from August,2010. A normal cough and cold turned into pneumonia and I had to be hospitalised for 3 days. Prior to that due to skin problem I took a lot of steroids given by a doctor(which seems to be the culprit to me). After 3 days they released me by checking Xray, Sputum, blood tests.They treated with Augmentin duo but the cough did not go away completely.I was advised to use inhalers (budesonide+formoterol formerate etc) and monteluklust+levocetrizine tablets.
After 1 month, again after catching cold I turned to serious condition and hospitalised for 15 days. This time they cheked CT scan, P-ANCA , C-AnCA, HIV, AFB, Mantoux, blood tests and everything was normal. From this time I developed a low grade fever. They gave me antibiotics and steroids(again) to stop the cough. It happened on November,2010. From then on I frequently catching colds and going through antibiotics (at least 15 times in past 4 months). But the low grade fever (usually 98.8-99.8 range) does not go away.I am currently taking ketotifen 1 mg twice, theophyline+etophyline, hetrazen course,and inhalers, amlodipine,   (I developed high diastolic pressure from the 2nd time hospitalisation) and antibiotic courses like doxycilline, Balokem, Levofloxaccin, Ofloxaccin and lots of that. But the low grade fever dos not go away which first started at afternoon but now all time except morning. Cough seem to be at control and specialist doctor told me it due to asthmatic bronchitis.But he has no explanation for low grade fever. Checked Brucellosis(1:80 titre, weakly positive and negative from a different lab) and tuberculosis but normal. I am extremely fatigued all day with this fever. Pls help me. I have changed several doctors but to no avail.  Sorry for the long post-- anyone going through same pls help me. Going jobless due to ill health for past 1 year and in worst financial condition.
