Please help, can't exhale even on prednisone!

I have pretty horrid asthma and sleep apnea and am foggy and exhausted from being unable to exhale or sleep.  I found a calcified granuloma in the lower left lobe of my lung, mom had TB.  I've tried prednisone and even that doesn't help me exhale.  
I tried a dangerous, toxic antibiotic treatment with rocephin and tinidazole and ampicilllin and roxithromycin and I think I could exhale better but it was like I had chest congestion with bronchitis.  The horrific thing was I went deaf from the drugs and have been taking prednisone for months now trying to recover my speech comprehension.

I would try swimming in a pool 2 or 3 Times a week. Swimming will strengthen your lungs.

You can't just try a specific naturopathic drug ..... The whole basis of naturopathy is to look at the body as a whole and treat imbalances and weak areas.  Thus you need to work with someone who has been trained - naturopathic doctors here in Canada undergo the same length of training as regular family doctors.

Prednisone is very dangerous but for you is needed so therefore you need to understand that medication can cause problems but greater issues will happen if you don't take them.

how dangerous is prednisone?  I've been on it for months and am worried I got diabetes with a 200 BG level; I needed to save my hearing...

which naturpathic drugs actually help asthma?  I've tried many.  but naturpathic medicine isn't proven by double blind placebo sudiest

I'm wondering if allergy shots would help my asthma.  I can't exhale anymore and some terrible david hahn from UW Madison told me to take long courses of antibiotics and it destroyed my hearing

I'm sorry you have it so rough.  You are past my knowledge of asthma drugs ...... I trust you have looked into alternative treatments as wel?  A good naturopath might be worth finding.  Lots of water is extremely important for asthmatics to ensure proper hydration and ensure the mucus is as thin as possible.

so I'd stay away from these antibiotics which ruined my life, asthma is supposed to be an inflammatory process NOT AN INFECTION
