Problem not solved by tables-URGENT

Sir,
I am facing in the cold seasons like rainy, cool seasons.
I have the symptoms like-Wheezing,inflammatory disorder ,shortness of breath, chest tightness, and coughing.
The Doctors given me tables- Ampilox Table and Tusq-D syrup.
But I not solve this problem.,
But.  I am computer operator in mahabubnagar municipality.

I have to work in AC Room.
I go daily 1 1/2 hours for Shuttle Badmiton.  
I have to face the problem in only rainy / winter seasons.
Please give suggestions i do not loose my job..and get recovered this problem.

Do this pranayam everyday and the extra oxygen going into the blood and lungs will help with wheezing and breathing problems. Also look for Patanjali yogPeeth teacher  near you, and you will get help with natural solution.
Build up your timing gradually.If you feel tired or dizzy, stop and resume after one minute.
Anulom Vilom –
Close your right nostril with thumb and deep breath-in through left nostril  
then – close left nostril with two fingers and breath-out through right nostril  
then -keeping the left nostril closed  deep breath-in through right nostril
then - close your right nostril with thumb and breath-out through left nostril.
This is one cycle of anulom vilom.
Repeat this cycle for 15 to 30  minutes twice a day.
Children under 15 years – do 5 to 10 minutes twice a day.
You can do this before breakfast/lunch/dinner or before bedtime or in bed.Remember to take deep long breaths into the lungs.You can do this while sitting on floor or chair or lying in bed.
