Should I take Xolair treatment..?

I'm 20 years old guy.In   March 2012 , i suddenly felt huge trouble in breadthing .So I took two test.
My IgE level : 1635 IU/ml, Absolute eosinophil count: 480 /Cu mm.
These are result of report of past April.I took treatment from Dr. for 3 months and closed.But 4 months later I'm feeling problem  not too as earlier .
Since childhood  Sometimes I suffer from pneumonia too.
So, I wanna ask you.
Should I take xolair treatment. I have also read side-effect of xolair like causing of  Anaphylaxis.
