Sporadic chest tightness?

Hey guys so I've been having this issue for a while now and it's getting very frustrating. I've done a ton of research and can't find anybody that has had similar problem which makes this hard for me to determine what it might be. I think it is one of two things either anxiety induced or allergic asthma. I am allergic to pollen, dogs, and cats so it is very well possible.

As for the problem I keep getting sporadic chest tightness. Randomly throughout the day my chest will all of a sudden start feeling very heavy and my breathing will become harder along with a cough. I have been coughing up phlegm but it is more of a liquid. The tightness will last for around 10-15 minutes and then go away completely with little to no signs of it. If I use my inhaler it will go away almost instantly, but in the past my asthma was almost non existent and I did not have to use my inhaler.

I went to the doctor weeks ago to get treated but they said I looked fine and gave me antibiotics and told me to keep using the inhaler. I have not been back since and my problem has not gone away at all. If you have any questions feel free to ask I will try to answer them in the best way I can. I really hope someone can help as this issue has been affecting me for quite some time and I just want it to go away. Thanks!
