If you have been using Azmacort for weeks now and don't feel like you are getting alot of relief, then I would talk to your doctor about this. I think that you are right regarding the small airways and peak flows...There were times when I checked my peak flows and would predict that they would be terrible only to see that my numbers were slightly decreased, yet I would have that tightness. Sometimes it takes some shuffling of meds to get really good controlControl Control rx of your asthma..I know it did me..Sunny
