Tightness in throat pain between shoulders

I have allergy & chemicla induced asthma. The  unusual weather in northeast with prolonged mild weather seems to be prolonging and worsining my response to mold, with the warm weather and leaves falling etc. I definately get even worse at dusk just as the sun goes down and need to stay in a controlled environment, which is better, but i am still suffering . Same symptoms as many people who have posted on forum, tight throat, pain between shoulder blades, breathing like through a straw, sometimes i get dizzy,  Feeling like not getting enough oxygen.  I know it will improve after a hard freeze , but in the mean time what can I use to at least open my throat? I take benadryl, singulair, entex pse, (which after many trials and tribulations give me the best results). I was using Foradil, with not much change in anything. I am very sensitive to most chemicals including prescription drugs.

have you looked into VCD; vocal cord disfunction. it is common among those who do not get any relief from asthma meds, but cannot breathe...i was recently diagnosed with it. the symptoms are almost the same
