Using inhaler

I am an Asthma Patient..I am using Asthalin Inhaler regularly. I dont take any other medicins except inhaler.Have any problem by using inhaler regularly?

Am an asthmatic patient for years now. Used an inhaler for just few months. Was advised to stop by my uncle who is a doctor. I was told that it could cause some damage to my lungs in the near future.

I use the inhaler but it didnt really help me alot as even with the use of the inhaler i still ad subsequent attacks. So he advised me to always have an IV(Intra-venous) injection when i get attacks as am not a chronic athmatic patient.

And i discovered that after i take the IV injection i dont get attacks again for until like after minimum of a year period.

If you are using it regulary it means that you do not have your asthma under control. You need to see your doctor a.s.a.p, he may need to prescribe you a steriod to take for a couple of weeks. And just a little info for you. They now have inhalers that let you know how many puffs you have left. Make sure you have one of those. There's nothing worse then having an asthma attack and finding out you have no more puffs left on your inhaler.
