air con asthma and food allergy?

Dear Doctor: I am kasibona and I am Cambodian. I would like to know why my mother,52, always gets asthma when she is in air conditioning room at night. She doesn't have it immediately but it develops in a week later she has contact it. Even she doesn't use air con, she normally gets asthma four to five time a year. why?  Another problem is that, doctor, she always gets stomach ache whenever she eats river lobsters and sea crabs. This happens only this few years, not since she was born. We have any solution for her to eat and sleep comfortablly? She always complaints she has tried her best to earn money even with sickness without staying at home. However, she has money and aliitle bit old now but she couldn't eat and sleep comfortably. I do hope doctor would answer my question. Thank you in advance. Phnom Penh, Cambodia

This breathing technique will help with the asthma and sleep problem.Do it everyday.
Build up your timing gradually. If you feel tired or dizzy, stop and resume after one minute.
Anulom Vilom –
Close your right nostril with thumb and deep breath-in through left nostril
then – close left nostril with two fingers and breath-out through right nostril
then -keeping the left nostril closed  deep breath-in through right nostril
then - close your right nostril with thumb and breath-out through left nostril.
This is one cycle of anulom vilom.
Repeat this cycle for 15 to 30  minutes twice a day.
Children under 15 years – do 5 to 10 minutes twice a day.
You can do this before breakfast/lunch/dinner or before bedtime or in bed.Remember to take deep long breaths into the lungs. You can do this while sitting on floor or chair or lying in bed.
