asthma pregnant help

ive always had asthma but it has been controlled by singulair. i rarely ever have to take my inhaler. now that im pregnant it some how triggered my asthma and singulair isnt helping at all. i have taken my inhaler a lot and that stops my wheezing but is it safe for the baby for me to be taking the inhaler this much?

Hi Mary607,

I would highly recommend that you make an appointment with either your
family doctor or obstetrician. I have asthma too. If you're wheezing, I
would call and request an appointment with your family doctor. Tell them
you're pregnant, tell them you're wheezing, tell them the singulair isn't
helping at all and that you are very concerned especially as you are
pregnant. I have also read your journal entry so I know you are facing
other issues as well, so it is very important that you see your doctor asap
and get professional medical advice for you and your child. I wish you
