asthmatic bronchitis

I do not have "regular" asthma.  I have had what was diagnosed as "asthmatic bronchitis" twice...both times the cure was a nebulizer treatment. my question is...
I know that asthma leaves your bonchial tubes somewhat swollen all the time, making you subseptible (sp) to an attack. Can asthmatic bronchitis have the same affect?

Yes, it is more likely your somewhat swollen all the time but nothing that major to where you even have symptoms. I had an asthmatic bronchitis episode a couple of years ago and it went away. Now I have full blown asthma everyday so I could have had it before but just didn't have any obvious symptoms unless I got a cold.
