i have problem when i smeel an ordor or come in contact with dust. what can i do

what do you do when you have bad allergies and i always get sinus infections to the point of my teeth killing me but i am allergic to any decongestants and am a diabetic so i can not keep taking the steroids and antibiotics only help for short term.

Take Zyrtec, it has helped me out alot. Especially since they just made it available over the counter at your local drug store. It seems your allergic to Dust Mytes and would benefit from this treatment. But as with any drugs available in the market, please consult your doctor before trying it out.
