can't breath

I'm not sure if it is Asthma but I can't breath. It used to be in sports but know it is everywhere. Today it felt like the air was being pushed out of me and I felt dizzy and sick. Most of the time it feels like I have something in my throat. What is wrong with me?

See a doctor that specializes in BOTH, Allergy and Pulmonology. It could be either or both areas. If allergy it could be triggering asthma which is a pulminology kind of problem that also need to be treated by an allergist. If not allergy it can just be treated by a pulminoligist. But when you say most of the time, dizzy and sick, that could fall under allergy.

I went back and fourth between doctors that could not pin point my problem. I finally went to a doctor that specialized in both Allergy and Pulmonology and got it figured out. But it won't hurt to go to both.

I'd take an antihistamine like benadryl and see if it goes away. If it does, start with an allergist. If it doesn't get better start with a pulminoligist. But try and see if you can find a combo doctor. Taking antihistamine (like benadryl) is a great test to help rule in allergy. Benadryl liquid or gel caps work with in 30 minutes (don't use the hard pills). This will give you a fast answer. If no improvement at all after benadryl then it might not be allergy.

Consult a doctor before following my advice.
