can't heal

I have been hospitalized 3 times in 1 mo. They send me home when lungs begin to sound better, but not great. I still can't breath and have asthma attacks and am always being put or trying new meds. I get up and walk and I can't breathe even have attacks. I sound like I am drowning in my own fluids. I talke neb treatments, inhalers, stomache acid reducer, spariva, singulair and some. I feel I am loosing this battle. I have had severe asthma since age 4. I was too embarrassed to go to er last night. I had an attack lasting 3 hrs. I took 3 neb treatments, then with no help I took 30mmg. pregnazone which I have been on pregnazone for months. Where do I get help. Different Dr's, different meds, different answeres. Hospital gives me green light when I am still sick.

Do this pranayam, twice a day, and your lungs will improve gradually. The extra oxygen going into the lungs will help very much. Allow weeks to feel the benefit, then continue the pranayam once a day, after you are better.
Build up your timing gradually.If you feel tired or dizzy, stop and resume after one minute.
Anulom Vilom pranayam –
Close your right nostril with thumb and deep breath-in through left nostril  
then – close left nostril with two fingers and breath-out through right nostril  
then -keeping the left nostril closed  deep breath-in through right nostril
then - close your right nostril with thumb and breath-out through left nostril.
This is one cycle of anulom vilom.
Repeat this cycle for 15 to 30  minutes twice a day.
Children under 15 years – do 5 to 10 minutes twice a day.
You can do this before breakfast/lunch/dinner or before bedtime or in bed.Remember to take deep long breaths into the lungs.You can do this while sitting on floor or chair or lying in bed.

I had the same problems. Hospital emergency room, with one 10 minute breathing treatment.
Afterwards a 2 hour treatment, I almost died. Began to improve. Studying medications I asked for different medications and got prescriptions. Try Albuterol  2 puffs from 2 to 4
times daily.  ADVAIR 250/50 2 times a day. SINGULAIR 10mg once daily. Zyrtec 10mg in the morning. Nasacort AQ 1 puff in each nostril 2 times daily. Nebulizer every 8 hours until you get your strength back. Afterward take your medications and don't skip a dose. I believe you'll be amazed. Your Doctor should cooperate with you.
