is it allergy related

I am a non smoker and have never smoked. Since last year I have had an intermittent cough and a wheeze. Sometimes I find it hard to breath. Also for the last year I have had a skin condition on the tips of my fingers where my skin peels of and eventually bleeds. When using high consentration of hydrachordizone which can omy be used for a short it clears up put once I start on the third dose that is to be completed in five days the systems return

It could be an allergic reaction. Probably the best to get a referral to an allergist from your general doctor.
