my mom has had a chronic cough for about 7 yrs now. it comes and goes. it has been coming back quite often and now for the past 3 nights have kept herawake all night. all her chest xrays come back clear and i think she has tried every cough medicine available. she takes lotrel for high blood pressure and she has been taking prednisone for some time now. she has been diagnosed with asthmatic bronchititus. she has an inhaler, takes breathing treaments.just put her on nasonex.
she bruieses very easlliy now and she is 64 years old. she says she feels okay but we cannot seem to help her get rid of this horrible cough that has going on for at least 5 years.
