not sure what it is

In the past few years at random times whenever i inhale, sometimes when i exhale too, i get this cold icy feeling in my right lung and recently if i breath to deeply while im getting tis icy feeling i start to cough and have slight trouble catching my breath but the coughing only last for a few seconds sometimes almost a minute. Im not sure but cold this be asthma or just recurring something else???

Yes, this could be and probably is asthma.  There is good treatment for asthma.  You should speak to your doctor about it.
